CO-OWNER + HEAD BREWER

Ben is the master in the brewhouse. He has two children, Caden and Marissa with his wife, Krystin, who is also a co-owner.

Ben’s favorite style of beer is a Marzen, but his go to style is an IPA. If you ask him, what his favorite Wise I brew is that he brewed, he’d say the Young Goodman Brown. You could say he’s a lover of all kinds of beer! Hence, why he started a brewery!

TAPROOM MANAGER

Aislinn is our ambitious & enthusiastic taproom manager! She has been a part of the Wise I crew since we opened in September. Her presence in the taproom is unlike any other and is always ready to serve you a brew with a smile on her face!

Aislinn’s favorite style of beer is a Stout or a Porter. Her favorite beer is a Brown Ale from Lift Bridge Brewing Company in Stillwater, MN, Mini Donut Beer. This beer is only available at Ball Park Cafe during the Minnesota State Fair. Talk about coveted.

She loves to travel to different states to find a new brewery & a beer she hasn’t had before! She’s a lover of music, beer, & dogs.
